Campanelle di Casa Setaro is produced in one of the most beautiful winegrowing areas of the peninsula; the vineyards are cultivated in the area of the Vesuvius National Park, on soils of sand, lapilli and lava rocks which are rich in minerals. The Falanghina vines are located at an altitude of about 250 m above sea level, Guyot training with low yields. After harvesting, the bunches are cold-macerated and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After a few months of maturation, it is aged in steel and subsequently for a period of 2 months in the bottle before being put on the market.

In the glass you can admire its light straw yellow colour. The nose inebriates with delicate floral aromas, citrus notes and more mature hints of yellow fruit and tropical fruit, as well as hints of Mediterranean scrub and flint. The taste is decidedly fresh and elegant, a pleasantly crunchy fruit that closes with a mineral and savory finish.

It goes perfectly with seafood first and second courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
