The Chardonnay Sicilia DOC BIO "Surridiri" by Tenuta Rapitalà is an organic white wine that represents the essence of the Chardonnay grape grown under the Sicilian sun. This wine expresses the philosophy of Tenuta Rapitalà, dedicated to the production of high quality wines while respecting the environment and the wine ecosystem. "Surridiri", which in Sicilian means "to smile", is a tribute to the Sicilian land, capable of giving wines of extraordinary richness and aromatic intensity.

Visually, it presents itself with a bright golden yellow color, which anticipates its complexity and depth. On the nose, it offers a rich and varied bouquet, with dominant notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by nuances of citrus fruits, white flowers and a delicate touch of vanilla and light spices, a sign of the aging in wood that enriches the profile without overpowering the original freshness.

On the palate, this organic Chardonnay reveals a balanced and harmonious structure, with a well-integrated acidity that supports its freshness and drinkability. The flavors of fresh fruit blend with delicate toasted and mineral notes, offering an elegant and persistent sip, with a light creaminess that completes the tasting experience.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Chardonnay Sicilia DOC BIO "Surridiri" is also an excellent companion to dishes based on fish, seafood, white meats and fresh cheeses. Its organic production makes it an ideal choice for those looking for wines that reflect the purity and authenticity of their territory of origin.
