The Nero d'Avola Salaparuta DOC from Azienda Vinicola Vaccaro is a wine with a decisive and authentic character, a pure expression of the Sicilian territory. Obtained from the Nero d’Avola grapevine, the undisputed protagonist of these hot and sunny lands, it offers a rich and enveloping profile thanks to careful traditional winemaking. The Mediterranean climate and the calcareous-clay soils contribute to giving the wine intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by light spicy and vegetal notes that enrich the bouquet. On the palate, it is structured, soft, and well balanced, with velvety tannins that provide a pleasant persistence. The brief aging in steel preserves freshness and gustatory-olfactory integrity, making it perfect to accompany roasted meat dishes, aged cheeses, and traditional Sicilian cuisine.

Elegance and sunshine in a glass that tells the passion for island viticulture.
