Excellent digestive after a meal with friends to be tasted straight. The Braulio herbal liqueur is an Italian excellence produced in Valtellina in Bormio (SO). For those who love, in addition to the taste and smell, an ancient history dating back to more than 200 years ago; it then finds expression in this alpine bitter that comes from the collection of many herbs.
Characterized by a dark amber color, almost impenetrable to the eye.
The nose is intense, complex and fine, given precisely by the complexity of its creation. Characterized by a composition of extremely variable flavors and smells, ranging from absinthe, juniper berries, gentian and other aromatic herbs; those few herbs that they have come to know over time.
Perfect in combination with a dessert, or at the end of a tasting meal.

The Cellar and the Estate
It was born in ancient legends and traditions that find their production in the Peloni Cellars, which expand like an underground labyrinth in the center of Bormio, in Valtellina.
The history of the company is closely linked with the figure of Francesco Peloni, a famous local pharmacist, who in the second half of the 1800s decided to create infusions based on native plants originating in the area for healing purposes.
An ancient recipe, of which only four herbs have been disclosed: gentian, juniper, wormwood and yarrow. A still ancient and secret recipe, guarded by the Peloni family who, following the spirit, carry on the tradition by combining love for the profession and a deep spirit of experimentation.
Over time, the Bràulio liqueurs have received the well-deserved fame they have today in Italy and in the world.
