The careful and respectful harvest takes place in two phases, with the Fiano Bianco harvested in the third week of August and the Malvasia Bianca in the second week of September, both through manual harvesting. Vinification follows a pre-fermentative maceration at 10°C for 6 hours, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 14°C for a period of 20 days in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine rests on its fine lees for at least 3 months in steel tanks, adding complexity and depth to the profile.

The wine has an inviting straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is fresh and fragrant, with hints of white flowers and an explosion of notes of exotic fruit, mango, melon and peach. In the mouth, the wine reveals its complexity and refinement. The flavor and balance are evident and the finish is long-lasting, characterized by hints of almond which give a delicate and enveloping touch.

This wine pairs beautifully with fish crudités and fresh cheeses, but its versatility also makes it an ideal companion for ethnic dishes.
