Rosso di Montepulciano from the Poliziano farm, is a wine that can also be produced by downgrading the grapes registered in Vino Nobile. In Poliziano, on the other hand, a choice was made without compromising: vineyards with particular characteristics were carefully selected, capable of obtaining an extremely young, fruity, full-bodied but soft wine. Thus was born the Rosso di Montepulciano, fragrant and fresh, a wine with a clear personality obtained from Sangiovese and Merlot berries.
It has an elegant ruby red color in the glass, fruity and floral aromas of morello cherry and violet arrive on the nose. On the palate it is rather dry and dry, decidedly full-bodied and balanced, with a long finish and a fruity persistence.
It goes perfectly with any meal, from first courses with meat sauce, stuffed pasta typical of the Tuscan tradition, meat-based dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
