Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Riserva Freienfeld - Cortaccia expresses itself as a perfect balance between Alpine freshness and the typical roundness of the grape variety. Coming from the vineyards located in the gentle hills of Alto Adige, this riserva elegantly reflects the unique terroir of the area, characterized by significant temperature variations that promote a slow and harmonious ripening of the grapes.

The aging takes place in wooden barrels, which provide complexity and structure without ever overpowering the delicate freshness of this Chardonnay. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and peach, emerge, accompanied by floral hints and light buttery notes, a sign of careful winemaking. On the palate, it is full, velvety, and well balanced, with a pleasant minerality that concludes with a persistent finish. Ideal to accompany fish dishes, white meats, and soft cheeses, it is a versatile and refined wine that embodies the excellence of Alto Adige.
