The Marche Sangiovese Rosato IGT by Cardorosa, produced by the renowned Conventino winery, is a wine that captures the essence of the freshness and vitality for which rosés are celebrated. This wine is distinguished by the expert exposure of the Sangiovese grapes, known for their lively and captivating aromatic profile, typical of the Marche region.

The hue of this rosé is delicately charming, presenting shades of powder pink that promise a refined olfactory and taste experience. On the nose, the Marche Sangiovese Rosato IGT flaunts a bouquet of fruity aromas, with notes of fresh strawberry, cherry, and a slight hint of rose. These are supported by a subtle vein of Mediterranean herbs that adds complexity to the aromatic profile.

On the palate, the wine is lively and rejuvenating, with a pleasant acidity that perfectly balances the richness of the red fruits. The texture is smooth, making each sip flowing and very enjoyable. The finish is clean and persistent, with echoes of fruit and floral notes that invite another sip.

Served chilled, the Marche Sangiovese Rosato IGT pairs beautifully with light summer dishes such as fresh salads, seafood starters, and pasta dishes with delicate sauces. It is also an excellent companion for calm conversations on the terrace or during casual social occasions.

Each bottle of Cardorosa encapsulates a promise of quality and authentic territorial expression, making this wine an excellent choice for those seeking a rosé that is both traditional and intriguing.
