Il Passivento Rosso Terre Siciliane IGT di Barone Montalto è un esempio magnifico di vino rosso siciliano, caratterizzato da un processo di appassimento delle uve che arricchisce i profumi e i sapori. Questo vino viene prodotto con uve accuratamente selezionate, maturate sotto il sole della Sicilia, che conferiscono un'espressione unica e intensa al prodotto finale.

Nel bicchiere, si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso e luminoso. Al naso, offre un bouquet complesso di frutti rossi maturi, come ciliegie e prugne, accompagnato da note di spezie dolci e sensazioni di vaniglia e cioccolato, dovute all'affinamento in barrique.
