Il Grillo Sauvignon Blanc Sicilia DOC di Barone Montalto è un vino bianco che rappresenta una perfetta fusione tra tradizione e innovazione siciliana. Questo blend armonico combina due varietà di uva: il Grillo, autoctono della Sicilia con profonde radici nella cultura enologica locale, e il Sauvignon Blanc, conosciuto per la sua espressività aromatica.

Alla vista, si presenta con un luminoso e invitante colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli. Il bouquet è un'esplosione di profumi freschi e intensi, dove le note di frutta esotica come mango e ananas si intrecciano con quelle di agrumi freschi e un delicato tocco erbaceo, tipico del Sauvignon Blanc. In sottofondo, emergono sfumature di fiori bianchi e accenni minerali che completano il profilo olfattivo.

All'assaggio, questo vino si distingue per la sua freschezza e vivacità. L'acidità bilanciata e la buona struttura regalano al palato una piacevole sensazione di pulizia e armonia.
