Produced with grapes harvested early, in the first weeks of September. The result is a fresh and fruity wine reminiscent of summer.
The grapes thus harvested are then subjected to a soft pressing, and subsequent vinification in steel. No malolactic fermentation so that the young characters of freshness are preserved.
Classic straw yellow color and greenish reflections. Delicate aromas given by the youth of the wine, fruity with notes reminiscent of citrus and exotic fruits. Fresh and long flavors, with mineral aftertastes.MATCH IT WITH:
