The Nizza DOCG of Cascina Valle Asinari is born in the heart of Monferrato, a region renowned for the excellence of Barbera, the flagship grape of this denomination. The wine presents itself with an intense and deep ruby color, the result of a careful selection of the grapes and a long aging in wooden barrels that enhance its complexity and structure. On the nose, it opens with aromas rich in ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper and toasted hints of vanilla and cocoa due to the wood aging. On the palate, it is enveloping, with soft and well-integrated tannins, a balance between acidity and body, making it an elegant and powerful wine at the same time.

Perfect with braised meats, aged cheeses, and dishes of the Piedmontese tradition, the Nizza DOCG of Cascina Valle Asinari is a sensory experience that celebrates the authenticity and richness of the Monferrato terroir.
