The Pouilly-Fumé Premier Millésimé from Domaine Bouchié Chatellier is an elegant and refined French white wine originating from the Loire. Produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine enjoys a reputation for excellence thanks to its intense aromaticity and freshness. The color is a pale yellow with greenish reflections, typical of the grape variety from which it is derived.

In the glass, the Pouilly-Fumé Premier Millésimé reveals a complex bouquet of aromas: notes of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruits blend with mineral nuances and flint, derived from the typical terroir of the silica and limestone-rich soils of Pouilly-sur-Loire. On the palate, the wine presents itself as elegant and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a long aromatic persistence that finishes with a slightly smoky aftertaste that is both distinctive and alluring.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Pouilly-Fumé Premier Millésimé pairs beautifully with seafood, delicate fish dishes, and scallops. It is also an excellent companion for fresh goat cheeses that enhance its freshness and aromatic complexity. This cuvée shows its best potential when served chilled, between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius.
