The Sauvignon of Torre Rosazza is a white wine that conquers the palate with its freshness. The vineyards are cultivated in Taurano di Spilinbergo, at an altitude of 130 m a.s.l. An area where the particular microclimate, and a good temperature range, is perfect for aromatic grapes, which thus manage to best express all the fruity notes of their bouquet. Refines three months in steel.
Pale straw yellow is the color it presents. On the nose there are marked aromas in a distinct sequence, first the hint of linden is perceived, then follow delicious fruity and citrus aromas of grapefruit, and as a finish a light and delicate hint of boxwood. The taste is tasty and clearly aromatic, a refreshing and pleasantly persistent sip, with a mineral finish.
An excellent aperitif, it goes perfectly with tasty fish-based dishes.
