The Valpolicella Superiore Valpantena DOC produced by Costa Arènte is a red wine of great elegance and structure, embodying the essence of the Valpantena territory from which it originates. Made primarily with Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, this superior wine is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes grown on the ideal hills of Valpantena, one of the most prestigious subzones of the Valpolicella denomination.

After the harvest, the grapes undergo a light drying process, which concentrates their natural flavors and aromas. The fermentation is carried out with great care, and the wine is subsequently matured in oak barrels, imparting a perfect balance between rich fruitiness and sophisticated notes of spices and vanilla.

Upon tasting, Costa Arènte's Valpolicella Superiore reveals an aromatic complexity dominated by notes of ripe cherries, plums, hints of tobacco, and dark chocolate. The structure is robust yet harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a remarkable persistence that leaves a lasting impression.

This wine is ideal to serve with rich and flavorful dishes, such as braised meats, red meat roasts, and mushroom-based dishes. It also impresses when paired with aged cheeses, offering a truly pleasurable gastronomic experience. Perfect for a special occasion or an elegant dinner, Costa Arènte's Valpolicella Superiore Valpantena DOC represents an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that expresses intensity and impeccable finish.
