The mandarin extra virgin olive oil is produced with cold pressing using first choice olives.
During the milling, fresh natural seasonal mandarins are added, thus obtaining a particular oil with an aroma from the common. A new condiment absolutely to try, to savor all its high quality, genuineness and taste, three adjectives in which all of Puglia is enclosed.
