Corton Vergennes Blanc produced by Domaine Chanson is a white wine of exceptional quality, coming from the prestigious Corton appellation, located in the Burgundy wine region of France. This area is famous for its complex and long-lived white wines, made mainly with Chardonnay grapes, which find the ideal environment to best express themselves in the specific climatic conditions and limestone-clay soil of Corton.

Domaine Chanson, one of Burgundy's historic wineries, is renowned for producing wines that faithfully reflect the terroir and identity of each individual parcel. Corton Vergennes stands out as one of their flagship wines, the result of a careful selection of the best Chardonnay grapes grown in particularly suitable vineyards within the Corton appellation.

Upon tasting, Corton Vergennes Blanc presents itself with a brilliant golden color, a sign of the richness and concentration of the wine. On the nose, the wine offers a complex range of aromas, ranging from ripe white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, to notes of citrus, white flowers, followed by nuances of vanilla, butter and a mineral touch reminiscent of flint . This aromatic complexity is enriched by an elegant integration of wood, the result of expert aging in French oak barriques.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a majestic structure, with a perfect balance between aromatic richness and a vibrant freshness that gives dynamism to the sip. The creaminess and complexity of the palate are balanced by a pungent minerality, leading to a long and persistent finish, with a return of fruity and mineral notes.

The Corton Vergennes Blanc - Domaine Chanson is a wine that pairs wonderfully with refined dishes of fish, shellfish, poultry in a creamy sauce or mature goat's cheese. It is also a wine that possesses considerable aging potential, capable of evolving and gaining further nuances of complexity over the years.
