Chablis Fourchaume - Domaine Chanson is a white wine that comes from one of the most renowned Premier Cru vineyards in the Chablis region, in Burgundy, France. The Domaine Chanson, with its long history and tradition in the production of high quality wines, expresses through this Chablis Fourchaume all the elegance, minerality and freshness typical of the wines of this prestigious wine-growing area.

The particularity of Chablis lies in its unique terroir, characterized by calcareous soils rich in marine fossils, which give the wine distinctive mineral notes and a lively acidity. Domaine Chanson's Chablis Fourchaume is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected from vineyards located in the Fourchaume area, known for their optimal exposure and the microclimate favorable to the ripening of the grapes.

This wine stands out for its brilliant straw yellow color and for its elegant and complex olfactory profile, where notes of white pulp fruits, such as apple and pear, intertwine with citrus accents, floral nuances and a characteristic mineral scent, which recalls the Flint. Careful winemaking and respect for the terroir allow the varietal and territorial expression to be maintained unaltered.

On the palate, Chablis Fourchaume reveals a balanced and harmonious structure, with a notable freshness that is accompanied by a pleasant minerality and persistent flavors that reflect the olfactory sensations. The finesse of the flavors and the long aromatic persistence make this wine particularly appreciable and capable of evolving over time, maintaining its liveliness and complexity.

Ideal as an aperitif, Chablis Fourchaume - Domaine Chanson is also an excellent companion for fish dishes, seafood, delicate white meats and fresh goat cheeses, thanks to its ability to enhance the flavors without overpowering them.
