The elegant Chardonnay Salento IGP by Numen, produced by the renowned Paolo Leo winery, is a white wine that fully embodies the essence of the Apulian territory. With a meticulous winemaking process, this label stands out for its refined character and exceptional palate-pleasing qualities.

Paolo Leo’s Chardonnay Salento IGP presents itself with a bright straw yellow color, enhanced by slight greenish reflections that attest to its freshness. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as peach and pear, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a light touch of vanilla, derived from a brief passage in barrels which adds complexity without overwhelming the fruit's freshness.

On the palate, the wine is balanced, with well-balanced acidity leading to a persistent and harmonious finish. The skillful use of wood integrates perfectly, making the Chardonnay Salento IGP by Numen an ideal choice for those who appreciate white wines with a bit more structure while maintaining great drinkability.

This Chardonnay is perfect for accompanying rich fish dishes, such as baked salmon or seafood risottos, but it is also surprising with creamy chicken dishes or as an elegant aperitif. Its versatility makes it an excellent table companion, capable of adapting to numerous occasions, from an informal lunch to a more celebratory dinner.

Cultivated in the sunny soils of Salento, this Chardonnay is the fruit of a land rich in history and enological passion, a testament to Paolo Leo's dedication to quality and innovation while respecting the Italian winemaking tradition.
