This sparkling wine, obtained from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, comes from vines grown using the Guyot training system or, going down the valley, the Trentino pergola. The land mainly features calcareous soils which give Trento Doc notable elegance and delicacy, while maintaining a solid structure. The Revì winery was one of the first in the region to experiment with refermentation in the bottle without adding sugar.
It is produced with care, with a careful selection of the grapes both in the vineyard and in the cellar, with the harvest carried out strictly by hand. The bunches, once brought to the cellar, are pressed and transferred into stainless steel containers with controlled temperatures for alcoholic fermentation. Subsequently, we proceed with bottling, adding the liquer de tirage for the second fermentation. The wine matures on its yeasts for approximately 36 months, before being disgorged and receiving the liqueur d'expédition with only must, without the addition of sugar.
Revì's Trento Dosaggio Zero Spumante has a fascinating bright golden yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers pleasant aromas of green apple, yellow fruit, citrus and floral notes of white flowers, together with hints of pastry and bread crust. In the mouth, it stands out for its enveloping and creaminess, with notes that recall orange peel and mineral nuances in the finish, which accentuate the drinkability.
