The Nebbiolo vineyards are grown in Castiglione Falletto, at an altitude of approximately 300-350 m. above sea level The harvest is carried out manually with careful selection of the grapes, then placed in baskets, around mid-October. The refinement lasts approximately 40 months in traditional oak barrels, then continues in the bottle in the basement of the cellar at controlled temperature and humidity.

It shows off a deep red color with reflections ranging from intense ruby to garnet. Very complex aromas arrive on the nose, with floral aromas of macerated violet and balsamic hints, spicy returns reminiscent of liquorice root and nutmeg. The taste is clear, structured with a soft but well-defined tannin.

We recommend pairing with red meat dishes, roasts and game, perfect with mature cheeses.
