Armand de Brignac is a highly prestigious Champagne produced in the Champagne region of France. Brut Gold was the first label produced, and still today it is confirmed as the most representative Cuvée of the Maison.
The elegant bottle covered in gold according to a manual rite and "branded" with the famous ace of spades, contains the essence of the blending of the best grapes from vines from the best terroirs.
The production chain is part of an agricultural regime aimed at sustainability, and is all done manually, from defoliation, thinning and harvesting, to labelling, this helps to increase the exclusive refinement of the famous French bubbles.
The vinification involves the mixing of three distinct vintages of reserve wines, this gives the final product an excellent sensory aromatic range. The refinement of this outstanding Champagne gives it even more structure and complexity, and like any precious jewel, it is enclosed in a golden casket.
Refinement and elegance to the nth degree. Brut Gold has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, and a very fast, fine-grained perlage. The nose releases delicate and fresh aromas, with notes of blueberry, apricot and peach, but also lively hints of candied citrus fruits, orange blossom and brioche.
On the palate it is round, creamy and enveloping, characterized by notes of tropical fruit; a decisive sip in its freshness that gives a deep taste with a silky finish.
Ideal with seafood appetizers, with grilled or baked fish courses, but also paired with white meats and delicate first courses, it will surprise you.
