An elegant creation of dry sparkling wine obtained through the traditional art of champenoise blending. The fundamental principles on which this family-run winery is based are environmental sustainability and craftsmanship in the production process. The priority is to preserve both the healthiness of the territory and that of the consumer, committing itself to bringing out an authentic expression of the terroir in the wines.

This Champagne is the result of a careful blend, composed of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, grown mainly in the vineyards of the Premier Cru Écueil area, on predominantly sandy soils. The bunches are carefully selected when fully ripe and subsequently fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with malolactic fermentation taking place. The sparkling wine base is then bottled according to the Champenoise Method, followed by a period of aging on the yeasts, dégorgement and Extra Brut dosage.

In the glass, Champagne presents a brilliant straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet offers fragrant harmonious aromas of plum and peach, with subtle accents of dried fruit. The taste is elegant, soft and creamy, with a persistent finish with citrus tones. This extraordinary sparkling wine lends itself wonderfully as an aperitif, but can also accompany fresh cheeses, pasta and fish-based risottos.
