A delightful discovery from the heart of Italian vineyards, the Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry by Astoria, known as "Velère," stands out as an excellence in the sparkling wine scene. This wine is distinguished by its refinement and fresh vivacity, making it ideal for festive moments and special occasions.

Produced in respect of the winemaking traditions of the Veneto region, the Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry is crafted from a meticulous selection of Glera and Pinot Nero grapes. The careful vinification, followed by a sparkling process using the Charmat method, preserves the fruity aroma and freshness of the grapes.

To the eye, Velère presents a delicate pink color with a fine and persistent perlage, which hints at the quality and elegance of the product. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh red fruits, floral notes, and a hint of sweet spices emerge. On the palate, the wine expresses a pleasant balance between acidity and sweetness, characterized by flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and roses, with a slight creamy note that makes the sip pleasantly persistent.

Served chilled, the Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry is excellent both as an aperitif and paired with light dishes, such as seafood appetizers, fish carpaccio, or summer salads. Its finesse also makes it a perfect companion for celebrating unique moments, from the opening toast to the dessert course.

The bottle, with its elegant design, further underscores the quality and distinctive character of this sparkling wine. Astoria never disappoints in offering wines that represent the authentic expression of the territory and its traditions, and the Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry "Velère" is a brilliant testament to this.
