Sweet Moscato Fashion Victim comes from pure white Moscato berries grown in the vineyards in the province of Treviso, on the hills of the Val de Brun estate.
The ripening bunches of grapes are harvested manually towards the month of September. Upon arrival in the cellar they undergo a soft pressing, the vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature; the second fermentation in autoclave at low temperature follows with brief refinement on its own yeasts.
It enchants with a beautiful bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose brings a delicately intense bouquet, with fruity aromas of yellow peach, thyme and sage. On the palate it is slightly sweet and aromatic, with an excellent balance.
Perfect in combination with fruit tarts and goes perfectly with all shellfish-based dishes.
