The Barolo DOCG "Bricco Boschis" produced by Cavallotto is a red wine of extraordinary elegance and complexity, capturing the essence of the Langhe terroir, in the heart of Piedmont. This noble wine is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, cultivated in the vineyards located on the renowned cru of Bricco Boschis, an area highly appreciated for its unique soil composition and favorable microclimate.

The winemaking follows traditional methods, with a long maceration of the skins and fermentation in large oak barrels. Afterward, the wine matures for at least 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels, adding layers of complexity and refinement to the aromatic profile. At the end of this meticulous aging process, Cavallotto's Barolo "Bricco Boschis" reveals its majesty in full.

Visually, the wine displays a deep garnet red color with orange hints that develop with aging. On the nose, it offers a broad bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, enhanced by nuances of violet, tobacco, and subtle spices. On the palate, the wine is powerful yet balanced, with robust but elegant tannins and a freshness that ensures a long-lasting taste. The aftertaste is complex and persistent, with echoes of dried fruit and minerality.

This Barolo "Bricco Boschis" ideally pairs with intense dishes such as roasted red meat, game, and aged cheeses. Its structure and depth also make it perfect for long-term cellar aging, promising an excellent evolution over time. Each sip of this wine encapsulates the passion and history of Cavallotto, making it a true gem for Barolo wine lovers.
