Makisè is a sparkling wine obtained with 100% Grillo grapes, a vine usually associated with the production of Marsala but also often used in the blending of the production of interesting strongly territorial white wines. Most of the grapes used by the winery are harvested from the vineyards grown on the land bordering the sea in front of the island of Mozia.
After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, then the must ferments in stainless steel. For the second fermentation, the wine is then transferred to an autoclave and then the second fermentation begins according to the Charmat method.
A sparkling goblet with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose comes with fragrant, floral and fruity aromas typical of the grape. The sip is extremely pleasant and fresh from the start.
A surprising and very satisfying aperitif, it also proves to be an excellent glass to combine with fish-based dishes.
