Close to the delicate issue of organic farming, with this excellent Montepulciano the company reinterprets a great classic red of the Abruzzo tradition, proposing its origins and varying as little as possible in each stage of production, respecting the wine, which can thus best express its typical characteristic of rusticity.
Shows a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections, very consistent. The nose has clear fruity hints of blueberry and blackberry, followed by clear notes of wet earth and slight balsamic hints. The taste is quite full, very soft and round, perfectly counterbalanced by the fine tannic texture and by an accentuated acidity which makes it pleasantly drinkable.
Excellent with gnocchi al ragù and with all meat-based dishes of the Italian tradition. The combination with medium-aged cheeses is also perfect.
