A wine with a velvety tannin, but of extreme intensity balanced with a pleasant persistence.
It has a dark purple-red color, given by the grapes grown mainly in the absence of water given the arid land of Sicily.
On the nose it has a very notable and rich fruity vein reminiscent of blackcurrant and blueberry. Delicious with grilled meat and mature or fresh cheeses.
