Vigor is a red wine with a strong character, produced by the union of two excellent vines: Sangiovese and Merlot. Aging takes place in oak barrels.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose releases youthful aromas of black cherries and cassis, accompanied by light smoky nuances and a floral hint. The olfactory profile is in perfect harmony with the palate and the wine has a beautiful structure, almost sweetish, with soft tannins and a right acidity that accompany the sip to a pleasant finish with a fruity aftertaste.
It goes perfectly with first and second courses based on red meat and game, also excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
