Rosé Brut Marca Oro is a young and intriguing sparkling wine, with a great personality and a captivating color. It is produced with Nerello Mascalese grapes whose vineyards grow at an altitude ranging from 100 to 300 meters above sea level. Rosé vinification by soft pressing of the grapes, without maceration on the skins. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave for a period of 3 months, according to the Charmat method.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful rosé colour. On the nose, it expresses fruity and floral scents, among which nuances of undergrowth fruit stand out. The taste appears lively and warm from the first sip, but at the same time soft.
Very pleasant as an aperitif, perfect with a menu based on fish, molluscs, crustaceans or white meat dishes.
