This exclusive sparkling wine, presented in a 1.5-liter Magnum format, offers a tasting experience that impresses with its complexity and refinement.
Produced according to the strict Franciacorta method, the wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. The winemaking process follows a meticulous approach where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by a period of aging on the lees that exceeds 30 months. This extended rest in the Villa cellars imparts the wine with its characteristic structure and depth.
Visually, the Franciacorta Extra Brut Millesimato presents a brilliant straw-yellow color, enriched by a very fine and persistent perlage that hints at the quality of the sip. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of fresh fruit and notes of bread crust, thanks to the aging on the lees, which harmoniously blend with more delicate hints of almond and white flowers.
On the palate, the wine surprises with its lively acidity, balanced by a slight mineral vein that underscores the uniqueness of its terroir of origin. The finish is long and persistent, with a refreshing citrus note that invites another sip.
