The Riserva Novecento is produced only in particularly favorable vintages and matures for 18 months in oak barrels, followed by additional months of bottle aging. This process gives the wine a robust and complex structure, while also ensuring it retains the elegant fragrance typical of Sangiovese.
To the eye, it has a deep ruby red color, with reflections that turn to orange with aging.
