The Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Elibaria by Contini represents an excellence of Sardinia, emblematic of the winemaking vocation of Gallura. Obtained exclusively from Vermentino grapes grown on granitic soils, this wine expresses intensity and minerality with elegance. The Mediterranean climate with sea breezes promotes a perfect balance between acidity and aromaticity, reflected in its fresh and fruity notes, with evident hints of citrus, white flowers, and a pleasant saline nuance.

The aging process involves a brief contact with fine lees that gives the wine structure and a pleasant softness without losing its liveliness. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color and a harmonious taste texture, ideal to accompany Mediterranean fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses. Elibaria is the quintessence of the Gallura terroir, capable of telling, bottle after bottle, the authentic personality of this prestigious denomination.
