The Franciacorta Extra Brut Vintage DOCG - Boschedòr from Bosio winery is an exceptional distillate from the wine-growing area of Franciacorta in Lombardy, renowned for the production of high-quality sparkling wines. With a minimal addition of sugars, this Extra Brut reflects a pure expression of terroir, characterized by the harmony and finesse that only a classic method can offer.

Mainly made from Chardonnay grapes with additions of Pinot Nero, the Boschedòr Vintage is produced only in selected vintages, where the climate has allowed for perfect ripening of the grapes. This rigorous selection process ensures exceptional quality and remarkable complexity. Vinification occurs with the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent maturation on the lees for at least 36 months, following the standards of Franciacorta DOCG.

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage, a sign of excellent craftsmanship. On the nose, the Franciacorta Extra Brut Vintage expresses a refined bouquet with notes of white flowers, citrus, and a light toast. On the palate, it is distinguished by its freshness and complexity, with an elegant integration of white pulp fruit and a pleasant minerality leading to a long, clean finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs beautifully with dishes based on fish, seafood, and can surprisingly also accompany light starters and white meats. A true gem from Bosio winery that promises to delight the most discerning palates in search of a high-end sparkling wine.
