Grappa Moscato Regadin from the Zanin distillery, is produced by distillation with copper stills. The pomace used comes from the vinification of Moscato white berried grapes from Veneto and Piedmont.
It is an ever-present grappa, which delicately recalls the pleasant and intense sensations typical of the grape of origin. Grappa Moscato Regadin ages for a period of about 8 months in stainless steel tanks, this allows the product to blend and mature at a molecular level.
Crystalline color. The nose arrives typical aromas of Moscato. The taste is soft and velvety, with a sweetly persistent aftertaste.
It is recommended to serve it alone, letting the product rest in the glass for about 1 minute before sipping it.
It goes well with chocolate, both milk and dark (60-70%), and is perfect with jams and dried figs, tarts and cantucci biscuits.
