Piera1899 is one of the reference wineries in the North East of Italy. The company has always been devoted to a single goal: to obtain the best possible quality in wines characterized by pleasantness and pairing, able to compete with the greatest winemaking traditions in the world.
The harvest is done at the end of August. The grapes undergo a delicate pressing followed by a natural cold decantation of the must. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 14 ° -15 ° C. Second fermentation in autoclave at a temperature of 13 ° - 14 ° C for about nine months, according to the long Charmat method.
It is a conquest for the eyes thanks to its enchanting straw yellow with bright and intense reflections; Sparkling effervescence with a very fine and persistent grain. The nose intoxicates his intense aroma of rennet apple, peach and grapefruit. On the palate it proves dry and fresh, with citrus and mineral notes and long aromatic persistence.
A glass that praises quality and tradition but with an eye to the future. On the table it is a very versatile wine, in fact it goes very well with any meal; but it is paired with aperitifs, dishes based on fish, vegetables or white meats that enhances all its particularities to be savored. For large tables, the Magnum format will not leave anyone unsatisfied and certainly not a drop will remain.
