The vinification follows the Charmat method, which allows the primary aromas of the vine to be preserved and to obtain fine and persistent bubbles. The color is a delicate straw yellow with greenish reflections, bright and captivating in its presentation. On the nose, inviting notes of white fruits, citrus fruits and a light floral touch are perceived, which intertwine with a subtle minerality that reflects the characteristics of the soil of origin.
On the palate, the Alghero Torbato Spumante Brut reveals itself to be fresh, lively and well balanced. Its acidity is well integrated with a soft creaminess resulting from maturation on the yeasts. Flavors of green apple, pear and light citrus nuances mix with a clean, refreshing finish.
