Passerina Terra di Chieti is a wine that follows a brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Its marketing usually takes place in the months of January/February of the year following the harvest.

We are talking about a wine that stands out in the glass for its straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, it offers a persistent and fruity aroma of white-fleshed fruits, exquisitely mixed with citrus notes.

A glass that has a good structure and a full and intense flavour. It conquers the palate for its excellent freshness which makes it an exceptional white to be enjoyed as an aperitif and ideal in combination with dishes based on fish, shellfish and seafood, even raw, fresh cheeses and white meats.

Winery history
Founded by Vincenzo Spinelli in the 1970s, the company grew with the transition to the second generation and progressively expanded its facilities and sales channels. Over time it has combined tradition with modern technologies to become one of the recognized names in the Abruzzo wine scene, remaining family-run and strengthening its presence in international markets.
Production philosophy

Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Val di Sangro and the Colline Frentane, between the Maiella massif and the Adriatic coast; a Mediterranean climate and clayey, calcareous soils with a marked diurnal temperature range that promote balanced ripening.
