The Bardolino Chiaretto DOC by Monte Zovo is a true expression of the Lake Garda region, celebrated for its freshness and vibrancy that enchants the palate. This rosé is crafted from a skillful blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, traditional varieties from the Veneto region. The winemaking process includes a brief maceration of the skins, imparting the wine with its characteristic pale pink color, subtle yet intensely inviting.

On the nose, the Bardolino Chiaretto DOC evokes immediate sensations of fresh fruits like cherries, strawberries, and light notes of pomegranate, enriched by a hint of delicate spices. On the palate, the wine is elegant and harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness that promises a pleasantly refreshing and lingering sip.

Its light yet expressive structure makes it particularly suitable for pairing with light dishes, such as seafood appetizers, fresh salads, or as an ideal accompaniment for an enjoyable summer day. Served chilled, Bardolino Chiaretto DOC by Monte Zovo becomes the centerpiece of any table, bringing with it the essence of the Italian summer.

This wine not only reflects the quality of Monte Zovo, a company dedicated to producing wines that mirror the authenticity and tradition of the territory, but it also represents an excellent choice for those who wish to discover the delicate and refined nuances of Veneto rosés.
