Monte Zovo's Bardolino DOC presents itself as a light and refreshing red wine, perfect for accompanying pleasant everyday moments. Produced in the blessed lands around Lake Garda, it is the result of a meticulous selection of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, typical of the region.

This wine stands out for its vibrant ruby red color, with reflections that tend to become orange as it matures. On the nose, it offers a delicate bouquet highlighted by floral notes of dried rose and violet, enriched with hints of fresh fruit like cherry and strawberry.

On the palate, Monte Zovo's Bardolino DOC is slightly spiced with hints of black pepper, presenting a structure that maintains a surprising freshness due to its balanced acidity. Its lightness makes it particularly drinkable and accessible, with a body that does not overpower yet remains memorable.

Perfect when served slightly chilled, it pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean cuisine, light appetizers, tomato-based pasta dishes, and pizza. It is also ideal for accompanying a mixed grill of meat or fish during a summer evening.

Monte Zovo’s Bardolino DOC exemplifies a wine that maintains elegance and simplicity, offering a tasting experience that easily connects drinkers to the winemaking traditions of the Lake Garda area.
