Ripa della Volta is made with grapes from Corvina, Corvinone vines and other native grapes (Oseleta, Corbina, Turchetta and Spigamonte) harvested manually in small crates. The vinification is carried out separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with maceration for about 10 days, and aging in steel for 3 months. After this period the blending takes place, the wine then matures another 3 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
At sight it shows a ruby red color. An extremely fruity and elegant organic wine, with a smooth and fresh drink. The olfactory profile includes hints of ripe red berry fruit and berries, supported by floral aromas, which accompany towards a pleasant and balanced sip.
It is recommended to pair with important red meat and game dishes, it is also perfect with aged cheeses.
