Produced from a selection of bunches from vineyards located between Montecarotto and Serra de' Conti, the wine benefits from various exposures, ranging from North West to South East, and different altitudes. These conditions help create an ideal environment for a wine characterized by great freshness and flavor. The color is a delicate straw yellow, and on the nose floral hints of jasmine emerge which mix with a fruity bouquet of yellow plum, white peach, apricot and an aromatic note of basil.
An immediately enjoyable wine, it has greenish reflections and a fresh aroma characterized by floral notes. In the mouth, it stands out for its smoothness and fragrance. It pairs well with light dishes and fish-based preparations.
