The vinification takes place with meticulous care in barriques, with refinement on indigenous yeasts, enriched by regular bâtonnage operations, a process that gives the Batar a unique complexity and depth. Maturation takes place in French oak barriques, carefully selected for their fine and extra fine grain, for a period of 9 months.
On the nose, the aromas unfold with notes of acacia flowers, chamomile, peach, melon and plum, followed by tertiary hints of passion fruit, pineapple, citrus fruits and saffron. This aromatic symphony offers an irresistible invitation to the palate. On the palate, Batar is a splendid combination of elegance and richness, between fruitiness and flavor. The persistence and balance in the mouth highlight the attention to detail and dedication to creating an extraordinary wine.
