The winemaking follows traditional methods, adhering to the strict criteria of the Extra Brut, which limits the addition of sugar to less than 6 grams per liter. This process enhances the natural qualities of Pinot Noir, with a nose that releases notes of fresh red fruits, hints of subtle spices, and a delightful complexity.
