Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG “Crosara de le Strie” by Corte Rugolin embodies the authentic elegance of the Veronese territory. Produced exclusively in the historic hills of the Valpolicella Classica, this Amarone is made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, carefully selected and dried according to the traditional "ripasso" method.

The long aging, matured in oak barrels and bottle, gives complexity and structure to a wine of great character, with intense aromas of ripe cherry, sweet spices, tobacco, and a slight note of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is enveloping and warm, with soft tannins and a perfect balance between freshness and persistence.

“Crosara de le Strie” is ideal paired with robust dishes such as braised meats, game, or aged cheeses, enhancing every flavor nuance thanks to its richness and sensory depth. An Amarone that tells the passion and tradition of a family connected to the heart of Valpolicella.
