The grape harvest takes place during the first ten days of September. After the harvest, it follows delicate pressing, followed by maceration for approximately 15 days. After racking, the wine rests in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C to then finish the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine is then decanted and subsequently bottled and aged in the bottle for at least 3 months.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its pale ruby red color with garnet reflections. The sense of smell is conquered by the elegant floral bouquet of violets, pleasantly supported by delicate fruity aromas of blackberries, raspberries and currants, with a light spicy note in the finish.
An elegant and at the same time complex Pinot Noir, which from the first sip proves to be soft and velvety but still tannic. A pleasantly fruity red with good acidity, with the right degree of persistence in the mouth, which on the table goes perfectly with platters of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, legume soups, first courses with meat sauces, grilled meats, game, roasts and white meat.
A noble and elegant vine, this wine gives even more complex and refined notes of undergrowth, leather, spices and tobacco as it ages.
