The Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli by Jermann is a white wine that enchants at first sight with its bright straw-yellow color and coppery highlights, typical of the Pinot Grigio variety grown in the renowned region of Friuli.

Jermann, with its rich history and strong connection to the Friulian territory, has perfected the crafting of Pinot Grigio over the years, creating a wine that fully expresses the ideal characteristics of the grape variety and the soil. This wine is distinguished by its delicate and sophisticated bouquet, where floral notes predominate paired with those of ripe white fruit such as pear and apple, with a hint of fresh almond that makes it particularly inviting.

On the palate, Jermann’s Pinot Grigio is harmonious and well-structured. The acidity is balanced and imparts a lively freshness, which beautifully complements the softness and roundness in the mouth, leaving a long aromatic persistence that is pleasantly fruity and slightly spicy.

Excellent as an aperitif, this wine pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood, but it can also accompany preparations based on white meats and crispy vegetables. A must for those who love characterful wines that reflect the purity and integrity of their territory of origin.

Serve chilled, ideally between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, to fully enjoy its qualities. The Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli by Jermann is not just a tasting, but a true sensory experience that represents with elegance and finesse the essence of Friuli.
