Winery history François Carillon

The Carillon family has been involved in viticulture in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century. François Carillon became independent from the family estate and established the domaine in its current form in 2010, after dividing parcels with his brother; since then he has developed an extensive range of cuvées in the villages of Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin.

Production philosophy

The domaine's approach focuses on attentive vineyard care and winemaking that showcases the terroir: fine, elegant wines with good structure, produced through careful vineyard work and controlled aging to respect the expression of the different climats.

Terroir and vineyards
