The Bourgogne Aligoté by François Carillon is born in the heart of Burgundy, a region famous for the refined elegance of its white wines. This denomination, less known compared to the nearby Chardonnay, uses exclusively the Aligoté grape variety, which gives the wine a lively freshness and a distinctive mineral character. The grapes are cultivated with great respect for the land, on calcareous and clay soils that confer structure and complexity to the product.

The winemaking method is carefully detailed: fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity, while aging is conducted at a controlled temperature, enhancing the fruity and floral notes typical of Aligoté. In the glass, it presents an intense straw yellow color, with aromas of green apple, citrus, and a subtle hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh, balanced, characterized by a light acidity and a clean, mineral finish.

This Bourgogne Aligoté is ideal as an aperitif and pairs splendidly with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, gracefully accompanying any moment of conviviality.
